Working intensely in the first three-month period results in significant shifts in thinking, behaviour and beliefs as well as accelerated progress towards goals.

Development areas are established at the outset of the program. Tailored workbooks and relevant diagnostics are used to help develop a mindset and skill set.

Each session builds on the last session, where the individual or team is supported to address current challenges, work on goals and identify clear steps and actions to meet desired outcomes.

At the end of the program, we review progress and goals, acknowledge achievements and determine the next steps.

Coaching can be continued monthly or quarterly on an ongoing basis as required.
